At Flexxa, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
  
• item must be in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

• Used or worn items
• Items damaged by the customer

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, your order may already be processed and shipped.
